PART 4 KNOW OUR DESTINATION, LAKE BOGORIA AND MT. LONGONOT.

Lake Bogoria and Mt. Longonot they are both located in the great rift valley province and they are great destination that we visit regular. Both tourist destination are suitable for a  day trip starting from Nairobi. The trips start early in the morning from your Nairobi Hotel wher you meet with our guide, make a stopover at the View point to see the Great Rift Valley escarpment. Within an hour you will be at Mt. Longonot, hiking is better in the morning hours, if your Destination is lake Bogoria you only see Mt. Longonot while on the main Highway, see Lake Naivasha, Lake Elementaita and Nakuru Town.

Before 1000 hrs you will be at Lake Bogoria which is nowadays the breeding area for the flamingos, see the hot water gayser and a boat ride can be organized.

DAY 1: NAIROBI – MAASAI MARA. We will arrange your pick up either from airport or your Nairobi hotel and transfer you to our office, be introduced to the guide and other group members. By 0830am to 0845am depart for Maasai Mara with the first stop at the view point for the view of the escarpment wall. Later descend the escarpment and travel on to Narok town for early lunch. You will arrive at Miti Mingi Eco Camp at around 1500hrs, check in followed by evening game drive till sunset. Dinner and overnight at Miti Mingi Eco Camp. DAY 2: MAASAI MARA GAME VIEWING. Breakfast at the camp then before 0800am leave the camp with packed lunch for extensive 9 hours game viewing.
