{I}.  Upon a confirmed booking Absolute Holiday Safaris will require the clients point of pick up either airport, Town hotel or en route to maasai mara.

{II}. Pick up are arrange as per the flight arrival at Jomo Kenyatta International Airport or Wilson airport, from Nairobi Hotel is as per the distance from the hotel to our office or departure point.

{III}. This tour can be booked by a solo traveler who will meet other 6 clients or friends, couple, family or a group and the transport and game drive will be shared while on Safari by 7 clients per safari vehicle.

 {IV}. Backpackers are mostly preferred than the suitcase so as each client luggage will be accommodated on the safari van.

{V}. Absolute Holiday Safaris they highly recommend each client to have a spirit of adventure and be ready to mingle with other clients who join from all over the world.

{VI}. Absolute Holiday Safaris wish to advice all clients visiting Kenya and Tanzania to get a yellow fever vaccination and carry their yellow card with them. It maybe requested at the entry point.

{VII}. Clients wishing to take Malaria Tablets, or Purchase the mosquito repellents are advice to purchase locally because of the different climates and the storage required.

{VIII}. Absolute Holiday Safaris does not make the cancellation of any confirmed booking either there is a group for the client to join or not. Confirmed booking means the service will be availed to the client.

{IX}. All Tourist are advice to get local currency for the country they are touring to avoid being taken advantage of by the greed traders. Get right currency for all your Purchases.

{X}. While with Absolute Holiday Safaris your driver guide represents the office and in case of any issue share with him first then he will be able to assist or share the same with the office.

{XI}. At any accommodation facilities never shy to request for assistance in case your in need, maybe you have issue with your tent seek the manager assistance.

{XII}. Absolute Holiday Safaris wish to request all the clients in case their is any issue with the itinerary address the same with the guide immediately so that the right measures will be taken, accumulating issues will not let you have a great holiday and will lead to issues being unsolved as by the time you return to the office it will not be possible to rewind the safari.

{XIII}. Finally after we avail our services to you be honest and share your experience as a review on our sites as this will help us to rate our services to our clients, help us in decision making as well.
